19. Online Payments & Refund Policy

19.1 We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.

19.2 The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

19.3 The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

19.4 Refunds, if approved by Cure Aesthetic management, will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

19.5 payment confirmation and the time the payment confirmation will reach the customer via SMS & Email provided by the customer.

19.6 Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
